Together, we will explore how Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) can be concretely and practically implemented in everyday school life.
Participation is free of charge.
The afternoon will focus on exchange, networking, and practical impulses that can be directly applied to your own school work.
Look forward to the following:
-
an inspirational lecture on the topic of education for sustainable nutrition (Stephanie Grundmann, TU Berlin)
-
a “market of opportunities” with regional partners,
-
hands-on workshops with suggestions and ideas for implementing ESD
-
and the opportunity to network with other schools, teachers, and extracurricular actors.
The LVR Open-Air Museum will open its doors to participants already from 12:00 PM. After the ESD Day, there will be an opportunity to participate in a guided tour through the LVR Open-Air Museum if interested.
Various workshops are a central part of the ESD Day.
Please note: At the beginning of the event, you can select a workshop on-site that you would like to attend. Prior selection during registration is not required.
Please register by September 18, 2026, with Sophia Merrem at s.merrem@fsi-forum.de for the event and feel free to forward the invitation to interested teachers and ESD actors.
For all schools participating in the state program "School of the Future," the event will count as 1/3 credit.
